The City of Toronto is now making available some of its GIS data through a new website.
There is not an enormous amount of data available yet, but some important ones are already there (e.g., address points, street centrelines, food banks, BIA’s, licensed child care centres, parks) and there are promises of more to come as part of the city’s new open data initiative.
Don’t like what they’re offering? Got an idea? Check out the OpenTO site.
