Qualifications/Designations:
·Bachelor of Arts Degree and equivalent work experience
·Attendance at Facilitating Learning workshop and/or equivalent external designation and/or related experience
Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
·Strong sales & sales management experience
·Good business and industry knowledge
·Demonstrated ability to multi-task on projects varying in complexity and of strategic importance to clients and the enterprise
·Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong analytical skills, creative problem solving skills, initiative and ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
·Strong facilitation skills
·Strong project management skills
·Strong communication skills, verbal and written
·Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities
·Basic proficiency level with Microsoft Word, Project, PowerPoint and Excel
